Program
Robert J. Szigeti III's Assistant is a personal, non-commercial text messaging assistant run by Robert J. Szigeti III from the number (609) 542-2410. It sends messages to friends and family who have agreed to receive them, such as reminders, plans, updates, and shared information, and replies when they text it. It does not send marketing or promotional messages, and nothing is sold through it.
Consent
You receive messages only if you agreed, either by telling Robert J. Szigeti III directly that it is okay to text you, or by texting the Assistant yourself. After verbal consent, the first message you receive confirms your enrollment and explains how to opt out.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most people receive only occasional messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Robert J. Szigeti III does not charge anything for these messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, STOP, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

Reply HELP for help, or email rjs3@szigeti.us.
Automated replies
Some messages from the Assistant are written automatically with the help of AI, and replies may not be reviewed by a person before they are sent. Do not rely on the Assistant for emergencies. If you need urgent help, call 911.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
See the privacy policy for how your information is handled. Your mobile number and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
